You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your content
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms
All content, features, and functionality of our apps and games, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are owned by TYNCOR or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, or £100, whichever is greater
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TYNCOR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
